もくもく 雲さんクッキー Cute cloud cookiesDo you like cookies I love it 100均で見つけた可愛いラッピング袋に一目ぼれ 何を入れようかなぁと考えて ラッピング袋に負けない位可愛いクッキーを作ろう ってことで 丸いクッキー型をちょっと曲げて 雲の形に見立てて 雲さんクッキー を作ってみました 最近やってなかったアイシング 下手くそですが 時間がかかっても出来上がると にんまりしてしまうクッキーです チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 16 cloud cookies60g Unsalted butter 30gPowdered sugar 150g Cake flour 25g Whole egg room temperature icing 48g powdered sugar 8g egg white wilton Icing Colors pink Blue Directions ①Put butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk ②Add Whole egg and mix well ③Sift and add cake flour and mix Mixing too much makes the cookies hard ④Wrap the dough with plastic wrap leave it in the fridge for 1 hour ⑤Roll out the dough into 3mm thick then cool it in the fridge again Cooling is very important you can cut out the dough beautifully ⑥Cut out the dough and make cloud shaped cookies you can get a round shaped cookie cutter and make it cloud shaped When the room temperature is high the cookie dough would loosen and hard to cut out so cool it in the fridge sometimes during cutting ⑦Put them on the pan lined with parchment paper Before baking cool it in the fridge for about 30 minutes ⑧Bake in the pre heated oven 170 for 15 minutes ⑨When the cookies are completely cool put the icing in a piping bag and squeeze ⑩Let flooding dry overnight If the icing is applied thinly then it should take 4 to 6 hours to dry completely though the surface will be touch dry quite quickly but if it is a very thick layer then it can take a few days to dry completely 材料 16の雲さん無塩バター 60g 粉糖 30g薄力粉 150g全卵 室温 25gアイシング 粉糖 48g 卵白 8g 粉糖に卵白を加えて泡立て器でよく混ぜる 作り方 ①ボウルにバターと粉糖を入れ 泡立て器で混ぜる ②全卵を少しずつ入れてよく混ぜる ③薄力粉をふるって加え混ぜる 混ぜすぎるとクッキーが硬くなりますので 切るようにしながら混ぜていくといいです ④生地をラップで包み 冷蔵庫で1時間休ませる ⑤生地を厚さ3mmに伸ばし 冷蔵庫で再度冷やす きちんと冷やして型抜きしやすい固さにしてください ⑥雲型のクッキー型で抜く 残った生地少量で星を抜く ⑦クッキングシートを敷いた上に並べる 焼く前に 冷蔵庫で約30分冷やす 生地がだれたように見えなくても必ず冷やして下さい ⑧予熱したオーブン 170 で15分焼く ⑨クッキーが完全に冷えたら アイシングをパイピングバッグに入れて絞る ⑩クッキー生地全体に緩めのアイシングを塗ったら一晩乾かす 乾かしてから上に顔を描き 星を付ける アイシングを薄く塗ると完全に乾くまで4 6時間かかりますが 表面が非常に速く触れるように乾きます 厚く塗った場合 完全に乾くまでに数日かかることがあります 星型の型抜きは100均商品です 雲の型は今回100均で買った丸いクッキー型を雲の形にしました 顔部分のアイシングはブラックココアを加えて色付けしています music ヒロキ ヤマモト Audiostock PIXTA
