フライパンで簡単！巨大シュウマイ

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね 巨大シュウマイ3人分材料 タネ豚ひき肉 400gしいたけ みじん切り 3個玉ねぎ みじん切り 1個片栗粉 大さじ2酒 大さじ1砂糖 大さじ1しょうゆ 大さじ1ごま油 大さじ1おろし生姜 小さじ2シュウマイの皮 11枚サラダ油 適量熱湯 80mlレタス 2枚作り方1 ボウルに豚ひき肉を入れて白っぽくなるまで練り混ぜたら 酒 砂糖 しょうゆ 片栗粉 ごま油 しいたけ 玉ねぎ おろし生姜を加え よく混ぜて丸めておく 2 お皿にシュウマイの皮を7枚ほど 円状にしき詰め 1 を中心に置く はみ出た皮を生地に貼り付けたら 四方を皮で覆うように 残りの皮も貼り付ける 3 フライパンにレタスをしき 中央に 2 をのせる 熱湯を加えて 蓋をして中火で約10分蒸し焼きにしたら 完成 お好みでからしじょうゆをつけていただく
