小松菜と豚こまのポン酢炒め Pork and Komatsuna Stir Fryうちでいつも作っている簡単お総菜です 豚肉はすぐに炒めず熱湯をかけて脂やアクを減らします 小松菜はざっと洗ったら 根のところに少し泥が残るので 洗ってあげるとよりいいですが 面倒なら洗ってざく切りでok 小さなお子さんや 辛いものが苦手な方は鷹の爪なしで ほうれん草でも美味しく出来ます ポン酢なので さっぱりとして夏のご飯が進みます チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients Servings 2160g Pork offcuts 1 medium bunch Komatsuna 25cm Japanese green onion Scallion 1 Chili pepper 1 tsp Olive oil 1tbsp sake 1 5 2tbsp Ponzu Sauce Black pepper Ponzu Saucea sauce containing soy sauce and vinegar or citrus juice 材料 二人分豚小間切れ肉 160g小松菜 1束葱1 2本 25cm 鷹の爪1本オリーブオイル 小さじ1酒 大さじ1ポン酢 大さじ1 5 2黒胡椒 作り方 ①豚肉は熱湯をかけて脂を落としたら 食べやすい大きさに切る ②小松菜は5cmほどの長さに切る 葱は4 5cm長さに切っておく 小松菜は 根の部分に泥がついていたら水で洗う ③鷹の爪は半分に切って中の種をだしておく ④フライパンを熱して オリーブオイルを入れたら小松菜をサッと炒めて一旦取り出しておく ⑤このフライパンの中に豚肉と鷹の爪を入れて炒める ⑥葱も加えて炒める ⑦酒 ポン酢 黒胡椒を加えて味を調える ⑧豚肉に味がからんだら ④の小松菜を加えてさっと炒め合わせれば出来上がり LuLu Orgel ルルオルゴール Audiostock PIXTA ピクスタ
