桃とブルーベリーのクラフティ Peach Blueberry Clafoutis頂きものの桃がちょっと固かったので クラフティにしてみましたいつもは林檎で作ることが多いんですが 桃とブルーベリーでもジューシーで美味しいです 桃だと果汁がたっぷりなので生地がゆるい感じになります フルーツによって生地の固さが少し変わると思いますが お好みのもので どうぞ作ってみてください 冷やして食べるとおやつにはさいこーです チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 18cm Cake Pan2 Eggs large 70g granulated sugar 25g Cake flour 100g Heavy Cream 100g Milk Vanilla Oil 1 Peach 2tsp Lemon juice 30g Blueberries frozen For Toppings non melting powdered sugar 材料 18cm耐熱容器卵 L 2個グラニュー糖 70g薄力粉 25g生クリーム 100g牛乳 100gバニラオイル桃 1個レモン果汁 小さじ2ブルーベリー 冷凍 30gトッピング用 溶けない粉糖 作り方 ①型にはバターを塗っておく ②桃はくし形に薄く切ってレモン汁をかけておく ③ボウルに卵を割り入れて 砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる泡立てなく良い ④薄力粉をふるい入れてよく混ぜる ⑤生クリーム 牛乳を加えてよく混ぜる バニラオイルも加えて混ぜる ⑥⑤を一旦濾す ⑦型に桃を並べて ⑥を静かに注ぎ入れる ⑧ブルーベリーを乗せる ⑨160 に温めたオーブンで湯煎焼きにする ⑩焼きあがったら型ごと冷ます 完全に冷めたら上に溶けない粉糖をふる 温かいまま食べても美味しいですが この時期は冷蔵庫で冷やしてどうぞ フルーツは林檎やチェリーも美味しいです バナナもいいです music Bapak Uchida Audiostock PIXTA ピクスタ
