Healthier option with No oil butter or cream used Fluffy Green tea Matcha Roll cake filled with plenty of yoghurt cream and fresh peach blueberries Sponge made with rice flour Ingredients 3 eggs separated into egg white and yolk 40g sugar 40mL milk low fat milk used today 60g rice flour 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder Peach Blueberries Drained Greek yoghurt add sugar if you prefer sweeter cream Recipe 1 Separate egg white and yolk 2 Mix egg yolk milk rice flour and green tea powder well 3 Whisk egg white until firm meringue forms Add sugar gradually 4 Gently fold meringue into batter 5 Pour batter into cake pan 6 Bake at 170 for 14minutes 7 Once baked let it cool and detach from baking sheet 8 Meanwhile cut peaches into small pieces Prepare blueberries 9 Prepare Greek yoghurt cream add sugar to drained Greek yoghurt 10 Spread yoghurt cream evenly onto sponge 11 Line peaches and blueberries Fill the gap with more yoghurt cream 11 Gently roll the sponge Use baking sheet to tuck the ends tight 12 Wrap it in glad warp and rest it in fridge for 2 3 hours 13 Serve and enjoy 材料 卵 3個 卵黄と卵白に分ける 砂糖 40g 牛乳 40mL 低脂肪牛乳を使いました 米粉 60g 抹茶パウダー 小さじ1 もも ブルーベリー 水切りヨーグルト 好みで砂糖を足してください レシピ 1 卵黄と卵白を分ける 2 卵黄 牛乳 抹茶パウダー 米粉をよく混ぜる 3 別のボールで卵白を泡立て しっかりとしたメレンゲを作る 途中 砂糖を少しずつを加える 4 メレンゲと生地をさっくり混ぜ合わせる 5 生地を型に流し込む 6 170 に予熱したオーブンで14分焼く 7 焼けたら粗熱をとり ベーキングシートをはがしておく 8 粗熱をとっている間に 果物を用意する ももを小さく切り ブルーベリーも用意しておく 9 水切りギリシャヨーグルトとお好みで砂糖を混ぜ ヨーグルトクリームを作っておく 10 粗熱がとれた生地にヨーグルトクリームをのばし ももとブルーベリーを並べる 隙間をしっかりとヨーグルトで埋める 生地がまだ少し温かい方が巻きやすいかなと思います 11 ベーキングシートを使い生地をしっかりと巻く 12 さらにサランラップで巻き 冷蔵庫で2 3時間寝かせたら出来上がり Music Find me also on Instagram sora_monnom
