Noir Churros ノアールチュロスなんて美味いんだノアールで作るチュロス Churro with Noir Black Cocoa cookies This Churro is so good サトウココノカ堂間違えましたイトー〇〇堂でやっとNoirを見つけました会いたかったよーーーってことで早速チュロスを作ってみましたなんて美味いんだ言葉ではうまく表現出来ないので暇があったら作ってみて下さいこれからノアールが私の中で吹き荒れますチャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 13 churros 20cm 70g Noir Black Cocoa cookies Remove the cream 180g milk 40g Bread flour 20g salted butter 50g beaten egg 30g granulated sugar for sprinkling large star shaped tip oil for frying vegetable oil Parchment paper Directions ①Beat the egg ②Remove the cream from the cookies and crush them Or use food processor ③Put milk and butter in a pot and heat medium heat ④Turn off the heat right before it starts boiling and add shifted Bread flour and crushed Noir Black Cocoa cookies then mix well with a wooden spatula ⑤When it s mixed heat it for 1 2 min low heat ⑥Remove from the heat and add egg wash some by some Mix well each time ⑦When it s cool put the mixture in the pastry bag with the star shaped tip ⑧Squeeze it onto 20cm cut baking paper ⑨Heat the oil at 160 C and fry them with the baking paper the paper will be removed during frying so pick them out ⑩Fry them for 3 4 min until it s crispy and brown Drain oil well and sprinkle granulated sugar while it s hot When it s cool the sugar will not stick Sprinkle while it s still hot memoEat them within the day you fried 材料 13ちゅろすノアール 70g 間のクリームは外す牛乳 180g強力粉 40g有塩バター 20g溶き卵 50gグラニュー糖最後の仕上げ用 30g 大き目の星口金揚げ油サラダ油クッキングシート作り方 ①卵は溶いておく ②ノアールは間のクリームを外してクッキー部分は細かく砕いておくまたはフードプロセッサーで細かくしておく ③鍋に牛乳とバターを入れ中火にかける ④沸騰直前で火を止めここにふるった強力粉と砕いたノアールを加えて木べらでよく混ぜる ⑤混ざったら弱火にかけて1 2分ほど火を通す ⑥火からおろしてここに溶き卵を数回に分けて加えてその都度よく混ぜる ⑦粗熱が取れたらこの生地を星口金をつけた絞り袋に入れる ⑧20cm長さに切ったオーブンシートに生地を絞っていく ⑨油を160 に熱しオーブンシートごと揚げる揚げてる内にオーブンシートが外れるので取り除く ⑩外側がこんがりとするまで 3 ４分揚げよく油を切ったら熱いうちにグラニュー糖をまぶして出来上がり冷めるとグラニュー糖がつかなくなるので必ず熱いうちにまぶすこと memo揚げた当日中に食べてください
