ส ตรเค กน มหน าเนยสดน ำตาล Butter Chiffon Cake Recipe ส วนผสม สำหร บถาด 9 9A ไข แดง XL Egg Yolks XL 4 ฟอง น ำ Water 52 g นมสด Milk 52 ml น ำม นข าวโพด Corn Oil 63g ใช น ำม นอย างอ นได กล นวาน ลลา Vanilla Extract 1ช อนชา แป งเค ก cake flour 81 g แป งข าวโพด Corn flour 10g ผงฟ baking powder 1 2 ช อนชา Tsp เกล อหย บม อ หร อ 1 8 ช อนชา Pinch of saltB ไข ขาว XL egg white XL 4 ฟอง น ำตาลป น powdered sugar 105g Cream of Tartar 1 4 ช อนชา Tsp C เนยสดเค ม Salted butter 300g น ำตาล Sugar 150g ชอบหวานเพ มได และโรยหน าเพ มอ กได น ำส มเข มข น Orange squash 50 ml กล นวาน ลลา Vanilla Extract 1 2ช อนชา ในคล ปไม ได ใส ค ะ แต ถ าใส จะเพ มความหอม ในคล ปส วนผสม C พ มพ มฝทำเพ มจากส ตร 30 เพราะอยากได หน าเนยหนาๆ
