今回はもやしを使って簡単おつまみ3品を作っていきます 主な食材はほぼもやしだけなので コスパも〇で宅飲みにオススメのレシピです また動画のご感想 ご質問 リクエスト等なんでもかまいませんのでコメントを頂けたら幸いでございます 宜しくお願いします 材料 ピリ辛もやしナムル 3 4人分 もやし 200g 醤油 大さじ1 ゴマ油 大さじ1 めんつゆ 小さじ2 にんにくチューブ 3 中華ダシ 小さじ1 2 鶏がらスープの素でもOK 豆板醤 小さじ1 2 塩 少々 白ごま 適量 最後に味をみて 薄ければ塩で調節してください カレー風フライドもやし 3 4人分 もやし 200g 片栗粉 50g カレーパウダー 大さじ1 水 大さじ5 サラダ油 適量 塩 少々 ケチャップ マスタードなど お好みで カレーパウダーはなければ入れなくてもOKです 油にカレーの香りが移るので 他の揚げ物も同時にする場合は最後に揚げるのがオススメです もやしのとん平焼き風 1 2人分 もやし 100g 豚バラ薄切り 50g 卵 2個 サラダ油 適量 塩胡椒 少々 とろけるチーズ 適量 お好みソース 適量 マヨネーズ 適量 青ネギ 適量 BGM アーティスト Peace Reels曲 All She Ever Told Me
