今日は 今美味しい牡蠣を使った 炊き込みご飯です 鰹節でお出汁を取り 塩 薄口醤油 お酒でお味を決めたら 良く洗った牡蠣を 最初から入れて炊くだけです 熱熱を頂くのも美味しいのですが 冷めて 少しお味が濃くなった物をツマミに熱燗を頂くのも やめられません
