今日は今美味しい牡蠣を使った炊き込みご飯です鰹節でお出汁を取り塩薄口醤油お酒でお味を決めたら良く洗った牡蠣を最初から入れて炊くだけです熱熱を頂くのも美味しいのですが冷めて少しお味が濃くなった物をツマミに熱燗を頂くのもやめられません
