ロールアップフレンチトースト french toast roll upsGreat for a weekend breakfast 見た目もキュートな巻いて作るフレンチトーストです 8枚切りパンで作るとちょうどいい厚さになります中の具はお好みで色々変えてもok 端っこからちょっとのぞくフルーツが可愛らしくて食べる前に何度も見ちゃいます笑休日の朝にどうぞチャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 2 servings4 slices of bread1 egg 15g granulated sugar30g soy milk or milk 10g butter80g Cream cheese or nutella or jam cream cheese works well as it won t move too much when cooking1p Strawberries Directions ① In a bowl beat a egg ②Add sugar and soy milk then mix well ③Using a rolling pin roll each slice of bread to flatten and make more pliable Trim the crust off each slice ④Spread the topping of your choice on top of the bread ⑤Starting with the side of the bread with the fruit carefully roll into a tight log so that the fruit is snugly wrapped in bread ⑥Soak the rolls in the egg mixture flip it over one or two times for 10 minutes ⑦ Heat butter in a electric griddle frying pan ⑧Place the rolls cook on low heat ⑨When light browned turn a quarter turn and continue until all sides are cooked and light browned nicely ⑩Serve with non melting powdered sugar and fruit if you like Enjoy These rolls aren t very sweet so feel free to adjust the sweetness to your taste 材料 2人分 8枚切り食パン 4枚卵 1個グラニュー糖 15g豆乳牛乳 30gバター 10gクリームチーズヌテラやお好みのジャム 80g クリームチーズにするとフルーツがしっかり固定されるので作業しやすいです苺1パック作り方 ①卵はよく溶く ②砂糖と豆乳を加えてよく混ぜる ③麺棒を使ってパンを平らにするぎゅっと押し付けた方が巻きやすくなります耳はカットしておく ④お好みのトッピングをパンの上に広げる今回はクリームチーズと苺で ⑤端からぎゅっと巻いて巻き終わりを下にする ⑥パンを卵液に浸し 1 2回裏返しながら 10分ほど置いて浸透させる ⑦ホットプレート又はフライパンにバターを入れる ⑧バターが溶けたら弱火でパンを焼く ⑨薄茶色になったら回転させながら全体にまんべんなく焼き色がつくまで焼く ⑩お好みで苺や苺ソース溶けない粉砂糖でお化粧してあげるとさらに美味しそうになります簡単苺ソース苺にグラニュー糖をかけて少し置いておく弱火にかけて潰しながら火を通しあればレモン汁を加える冷めたら裏ごしする甘さ控えめなので砂糖を少し増やすかもしくは上からメープルシロップなどをかけてお楽しみください
