不需辛苦揉麵的胡椒餅！ Peppery Pork Buns /フーチャーピー

 

胡椒餅 こしょうもち 후자오빙如果喜歡我的影片分享 請按 訂閱 點讚 行動支持一下喔 食譜在下方 Recipe write down below Ingredients 食材 可作4份 Pastry shortening油酥 cake flour低筋麵粉 50g pork lard豬油或是白酥油 30g 不過兩種我都做出來比較後 真的還是要豬油最好吃 Dough麵團 warm water 溫水 80 85g 不要超過攝氏四十度 dry yeast乾酵母 ½ tsp sugar糖1tbsp all purpose flour中筋麵粉160g salt鹽 1 4tspFilling豬肉餡料 可四球狀後 冷凍30 40分鐘稍微定型即可包餡 salt 鹽 1 4 tsp ginger minced 薑泥 1 tsp fried shallot紅蔥油酥或是香蒜油酥 1 Tbsp 也可以用乾的油蔥酥 white pepper白胡椒粉 1 tsp 可以依照喜好加量 black pepper黑胡椒粉 1 tsp 可以依照喜好加量 five spice五香粉 ½ 1 tsp 可以依照喜好加量 sesame oil芝麻油 2 tsp soy sauce醬油1 2 tsp 鹹淡口味可自行調整 老抽1 2 tsp 加深顏色用 糖 1 Tbsp pork belly grounded 去皮五花肉部位豬絞肉150g 半肥瘦的五花肉比例最好吃 不然口感很柴 pork lard豬油 40 50g 如果買不到豬油 可以用新鮮的純肥油約70g跟你的肉塊一起粗絞再一起 拍攝時韓國也是買不到豬油 影片裡的肉就是額外70 80g左右的豬油 再多點也可以的 輔料 熟白芝麻 適量 沾表面用 蜂蜜或玉米糖漿 2 Tbsp 溫水 1 Tbsp 蔥 4 根 請洗乾淨後風乾後再切
