昔ながらの副菜の定番 切り干し大根の煮物 はじめに軽く炒めてから煮るのですが 戻し汁の活用も含め 各工程ごと詳しくまとめています 2 3人分の材料 切り干し大根 乾物 25gにんじん 1 3本油あげ 小1枚ゆでた絹さや 4 5枚サラダ油 小さじ1 2Aだし汁 100mlA乾物の戻し汁 100mlA醤油 大さじ1Aみりん 大さじ1A砂糖 小さじ1 レシピ詳細は白ごはん comでも紹介中 切り干し大根の戻し汁は 大根の甘みが出ているので煮物に活用するとよいです すべて戻し汁で炊くと少し甘みが強く重たくなるので だし汁と半々くらいの割合で合わせるのがおすすめです 白ごはん comではおうちで作りやすい和食レシピが満載です
