猪しゃぶしゃぶの残り汁で「チゲ雑炊」を作ってみました

 

昨日のイノシシしゃぶしゃぶの残り汁に 豆板醬 唐辛子 濃口醤油で味付けをしたチゲ雑炊みたいな料理を作ってみました 旨辛く熱々でとても美味しくやさしい味で 身体の中から温まりました 鍋やしゃぶしゃぶは作るのも簡単で 旨味たっぷりの出し汁で雑炊やうどんなども楽しめる 寒い冬にぴったりの料理だなと思いました また作りたい
