こんにちはLes sens cielです 今回は簡単美味しいチョコバーを作ってみました ざっくざくの食感とチョコレートの相性が楽しくて おやつにもプレゼントにもオススメです 実はこのザクザク生地を別のケーキの土台にしようと思って作り始めました でもこれ単体でもとても美味しかったので急遽チョコバーとして一本の動画にしてみました 次の動画で今回作ったザクザク生地が再登場するので ぜひそちらも見ていただけたら嬉しいです ざっくざく チョコレートバーCrispy Chocolate Bars Chocolate Crumble150 20min 40g cake flour farine T45 50g ground almonds poudre d amande50g brown suger cassonade10g cocoa powder poudre de cacao1g salt sel50g unsalted butter beurre non salé Chocolate Bars150g chocolate crumble180g sweet chocolate chocolat noir50g coconut oil huile de coco60g rice krispies チョコクランブル150 20分 薄力粉 40gアーモンドプードル 50gカソナード または黒糖 50gココアパウダー 10g塩 1g無塩バター 50g チョコレートバーチョコクランブル 150gスウィートチョコレート ミルクでもホワイトでも 180gココナッツオイル 50gライスパフ 60gインスタグラムよかったらフォローよろしくお願いします youtubeには投稿しない様な日常的なことも投稿しています
