紙パックで作れる！カラフルミルクゼリー

 

お好みのジュースでモザイク型のゼリーを作って 牛乳と一緒に冷やし固めるだけ ひんやりプルンっとした食感がたまりません 少ない材料であっという間に出来るのでおやつにもぴったりですよ ぜひ作ってみてくださいね 紙パックで作れる カラフルミルクゼリー1本分材料 ミルクゼリー牛乳 500ml砂糖 50g粉ゼラチン 10g水 大さじ2 フルーツゼリーお好みのジュース オレンジ りんご ぶどう 各150ml粉ゼラチン 各小さじ1作り方 1 フルーツゼリーを作る ボウルにジュースを入れて600Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する 粉ゼラチンを振り入れてスプーンで混ぜ 取り出してよくかき混ぜる 2 粗熱を取って保存容器などに流し入れ 冷蔵庫で1時間冷やす 固まったら2cm角に切る 3 ミルクゼリーを作る 水に粉ゼラチンを振り入れてふやかし 600Wの電子レンジで10秒ほど加熱して溶かす 4 小鍋に牛乳 砂糖を入れて中火にかけ 砂糖が溶けるまでよく混ぜる 沸騰直前に火を止め 3 のゼラチン液を加えてよく混ぜる 5 粗熱を取り 紙パックに注ぎ入れ 2 のフルーツゼリーをランダムに入れる クリップなどで口を止めて 冷蔵庫で3時間冷やし固める 6 しっかり固まったらクリップを外し パックの上からお湯をかけて取り出しやすくする 7 お好みの大きさに切り分けたら 完成 TastyJapan レシピ
