상큼한 레몬 커드 크림 위에 머랭을 올리고 토치로 그을려 장식한 노오븐 레몬 타르트를 만들었어요 구독하고 좋아요 누르고 공유 부탁드려요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 상큼한 레몬 커드 크림 위에 머랭을 올리고 토치로 그을려 장식한 노오븐 레몬 타르트를 만들었어요 바로 짜서 사용한 레몬즙으로 크림을 만들어서 인지 신선하고 상큼해서 먹으면 기분이 좋아지더라구요 시트는 버터 비스킷을 사용했는데 다이제 쿠키보다 훨씬 맛있고 잘 어울리는 것 같아요 체에 내린 부드러운 크림 위에 설탕을 살짝 뿌려 토치로 가열했더니 색감도 예쁘고 멋스럽게 보이네요 간단하게 만들어 기분 좋게 즐길 수 있는 디저트인 것 같아요 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy 틀 사이즈 Mold size 13cm x 2cm 재료버터 비스킷 50g녹인 무염버터 25g물 75g 레몬즙 60g 설탕 50g옥수수전분 18g 무염버터 17g레몬 제스트 About 1 3 달걀노른자 1개머랭 달걀흰자 1 2개 설탕 20g 바닐라익스트랙 1 8ts 레시피1 버터 비스킷을 부순 뒤 녹인 버터와 섞는다 2 틀에 꾹꾹 눌러 모양을 잡은 뒤 냉장실에 넣어둔다 3 레몬 제스트와 레몬즙을 준비한다 4 냄비에 물 레몬즙 설탕 옥수수전분을 넣고 섞은 뒤 약불에 올려 걸쭉해질 때까지 가열하고 불에서 내린다 5 무염버터와 레몬 제스트를 넣고 섞은 뒤 달걀노른자를 넣고 섞는다 6 체에 걸러 틀에 붓고 설탕을 뿌린 뒤 토치로 그을리고 냉장실에 30분 정도 굳힌다 7 머랭을 올리고 토치로 가열해 장식한다 Ingredients 50g Butter biscuit 25g Melted unsalted butter 75g Water60g Lemon juice50g Sugar18g Corn starch17g Unsalted butterLemon zest About a third 1 Egg yolkMeringue 1 2 egg white 20g sugar 1 8ts vanilla extract 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching
