안녕하세요 오늘의 집밥은 옥수수밥 오이소고기볶음 그리고 바지락 된장국입니다 요즘 초당옥수수가 나오길래 밥에 넣어봤는데 진짜 진짜 달달하고 맛있더라고요 제가 지금껏 만든 밥 중에 가장 맛있었어요 그리고 반찬으로 만든 오이소고기볶음은 저희 어머니가 여름이면 항상 해주시던 반찬이였습니다 오이를 불에 볶는다고 약간 의아하실 수 있는데 오이의 아삭함이 잘 살아있는 볶음요리예요 요즘 입맛이 없어서 자꾸 이런 집밥메뉴만 만들어 먹고 있어요 다음주에는 너무 덥지만 용기내어 오븐을 돌려보려고 해요 그럼 좋은 주말되세요 Hello Today s for home cooked meal are corn pot rice stir fried cucumber beef and clam doenjangguk The sweet chodang corns are in season and they are so delicious in the rice It was the best rice I had ever made The cucumber beef is a side dish my mom would make me every summer Stir frying cucumber may not sound promising but this dish is all about the crunch of the cucumber My appetite has been pretty low so I ve only been eating these home cooked meals Next week despite the heat I want to try and get the oven working Have a good weekend 초당 옥수수밥 chodang oksusu bap corn rice 불린 쌀 2컵 물 2컵보다 조금 적게 초당옥수수 1 2개2 cups soaked rice less than 2 cups water ½ chodang corn1 냄비에 불린쌀 물을 담고 그 위에 옥수수와 옥수수 심지를 올려줍니다 1 In a pot add soaked rice and water and on it the corn and the cob 2 가스렌지에 올려 센불로 끓이다가 끓기시작하면 약불로 줄여 13분정도 끓여줍니다 2 Bring to a boil on the hob and once it starts to boil reduce heat to low and simmer for 13 minutes 3 밥이 다 되면 10분정도 그대로 두어 뜸을 들여줍니다 3 When the rice is done leave the lid on for 10 minutes 옥수수밥은 그냥 먹어도 맛있지만 뜨거울때 버터와 간장을 조금넣어 비벼먹으면 정말 맛있어요 Corn rice is delicious as is but it s even better with butter and soy sauce while still hot 오이 소고기 볶음 Oi sogogi bokkeum stir fried cucumber beef 오이 2개 다진 소고기 150 180g 양념장 간장 2숟가락 설탕 1숟가락 미림 1숟가락 참기름 1숟가락 다진마늘 1 2숟가락후추 참깨2 cucumbers 150 180g minced beefBeef sauce 2Tbs soy sauce 1Tbs sugar 1 2Tbs mirin 1Tbs sesame oil 1 2Tbs chopped garlicblack pepper sesame seeds1 오이는 2mm 두께로 썰고 그릇에 담아 소금1tsp와 함께 절여줍니다 1 Slice cucumbers at 2mm thickness toss them in 1tsp salt and leave in a bowl 2 오이가 부드럽게 절여지면 물로 가볍게 한번 헹궈준 후 꾹 짜서 물기를 제거해줍니다 최대한 물기를 제거해주세요 2 Once the cucumber has softened lightly rinse in water and wring out as much water as possible 3 그릇에 양념장 재료를 모두 넣어 섞어줍니다 3 In a bowl mix all the marinade ingredients 4 후라이팬에 기름을 살짝 두르고 갈은 소고기를 넣어 젓가락으로 이용해 볶아줍니다 4 Lightly coat a frying pan with oil and stir fry the minced beef with chopsticks 주걱을 사용하면 소고기가 덩어리지게 익으니 젓가락으로 고기를 소보루처럼 풀어주듯이 볶아야 합니다 Stirring with a spatula can cause the beef to ball up so use the chopsticks to separate the meat 5 소고기가 반쯤 익으면 만들어 둔 양념장을 부어 수분이 사라질때까지 중약불에서 게속 볶아줍니다 5 When the beef is halfway cooked through pour the marinade in the pan and keep frying on medium low heat until all the moisture has evaporated 이 반찬을 만들때 가장 중요한 포인트가 바로 수분을 제거해주는거예요 The key to perfecting this dish is keeping it dry 6 소고기 수분이 모두 사라지면 2 절인 오이를 넣어 2 3분 볶아줍니다 6 Once all the moisture has evaporated add 2 salted cucumber and fry for 2 3 more minutes 7 마지막으로 후추와 참깨를 뿌려 마무리합니다 7 Finish off with black pepper and sesame seeds 바지락 된장국 bazirak deonjangguk soybean paste soup with clams 쌀뜨물 또는 멸치육수 1L 된장 1숟가락 바지락 한 줌 두부 1 4모 대파 약간1L rice water or anchovy broth 1Tbs doenjang soybean paste a handful of clams cleaned ¼ block of tofu some green onion1 쌀뜨물 또는 멸치육수가 끓기 시작하면 된장을 넣어 잘 풀어줍니다 1 When the rice water or anchovy broth starts to boil stir in the soybean paste 2 미리 해감한 바지락과 두부를 넣어 끓이고 대파를 넣어 마무리합니다 2 Add cleaned clams and tofu and keep simmering finish off with green onion 꿀키의 맛있는 테이블TWITTER honeykkicookINSTAGRAM honey_kkiE MAIL andrabbit naver com이 영상의 다운로드 및 2차 편집을 금지합니다
