Easy 5 Minute Vegan Meals (Microwave Only)

 

Here are 3 easy yummy and budget friendly vegan meals that you can make in the microwave in 5 minutes or less IN THIS VIDEORECIPES Tortilla Soup ½ can Fire Roasted Tomatoes can sub regular but will be less flavorful ½ cup Salsa½ cup Water½ can Black Beans½ cup Frozen Corn thawed¼ tsp Chili Powder¼ tsp Cumin Pinch of Cayenne Pepper1 Corn Tortilla sliced thinly Toppings Lime Juice Cilantro Nutritional Yeast Avocado Combine all ingredients except toppings in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 2 3 minutes depending how scalding you like your soup hehe Top as desired Black Beans and Mexican Rice½ can of Black Beans1 8 oz pouch Microwave Rice I used brown ¼ tsp Cumin¼ cup Corn¼ cup SalsaToppings Cilantro Lime Avo Prepare the Microwaveable Rice according to package instructions then add the remaining Rice ingredients to a large bowl with the rice and stir well Serve with warmed beans and whatever other toppings you desire Microwave Enchiladas½ can Fire Roasted Tomatoes½ cup 2 tbsp Salsa divided½ can Black Beans¾ cup Corn2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped¼ tsp Cumin¼ tsp Chili Powder5 6 Corn TortillasToppings Nutritional Yeast Cilantro Avocado Lime First make the enchilada sauce by mixing ½ cup Salsa with ½ of a can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes Then prepare the filling by mixing all remaining ingredients together in a bowl except the Corn Tortillas Spread ½ cup of the Sauce mixture into the bottom of a large microwave save pan then make your enchiladas by filling each corn tortillas with a few spoonfuls of the Black Bean mixture Place the open side of the enchiladas face down into the pan then cover with remaining sauce and Nutritional Yeast Microwave for 3 minutes and top as desired CONNECT WITH ME HELPFUL LINKSCONTACT For Business Inquiries Caitlin FromMyBowl comABOUT THIS VIDEO Cameras Software Final Cut Pro Music Smile Lakey Inspired This video is not sponsored This video contains affiliate links for a full affiliate discretion notice please visit FromMyBowl com Thank you for supporting me
