Delicious in consomme base sauce 新シリーズ 海外の簡単料理を日本人にもわかりやすくご紹介しています 今回は ハワイセレクトです ロコモコミックスに水 200 240ml を混ぜるだけでコンソメベースのグレイビーソースが作れます ハンバーグは市販のタネを使ってより簡単に作っても時短になって良いですね ハンバーグ材料 3人分 合挽肉 300g みじん切り玉ねぎ 小１個 卵 １個 パン粉 1 3 カップ 牛乳 大さじ１ 塩 小さじ1 2 胡椒 １つまみ程度 薄力粉 適量 Hamburger for 3 people Ground beef and pork 300 g Chopped onion 1 small piece Egg １ Bread crumbs 1 3 cup Milk 1 tbsp Salt 1 2 tsp a pinch of Pepper Cake flour
