可愛いミッキーの形をしたピザパン 全粒粉入りで食べごたえがあります 書籍 ディズニーおいしいレシピ を参考に制作しました 他にも素敵なメニューが盛りだくさんなので是非書店でチェックしてみて下さい 自分が作りやすいように多少アレンジしています 材料 6個分 強力粉 200g 全粒粉 40g ドライイースト 小さじ1 3 砂糖 大さじ2 塩 小さじ1 2 バター 20g ぬるま湯 120ml ピザソース 60g ピザ用チーズ 20g 粉チーズ 大さじ１ 溶き卵 パセリIngredients 6 pieces Bread flour 200 g Take whole wheat flour 40 g Dry yeast 1 3 tsp Sugar 2 tbsp Salt 1 2 tsp Butter 20 g hot water 120ml Pizza sauce 60 g Cheese for pizza 20g Powdered cheese 1 tbsp Wet egg parsley
