Squeezed Butter Cookies さくさくかる い 絞り出しクッキーThe dough is easy to make for these crispy delicious piped cookies enjoy サクサクと軽い焼き上がりでやめられないとまらないクッキーです あくまでも私の場合なので 人によっては一枚でやめられます 卵白を使ったクッキーは かるい焼き上がり 絞った形を綺麗に焼きあげるために 卵白はきっちり量ってください また バターをしっかり混ぜてホイップ状にすると グルテンができにくくなってサクサクの生地になります チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 30Cookies 90g Unsalted butter 40g Powdered sugar 16g Egg white room temperature 110g Cake flour 7g cocoa powder 3g Black cocoa powder Directions ①Make butter soft and creamy ②Mix it with a whisk until it gets white and soft ③Add powdered sugar and mix more ④Add the Egg white little by little ⑤Add shifted cake flour cocoa powder Black cocoa powder and mix well Mix it lightly with a rubber spatula ⑥Add the mixture from Step ⑤ to a piping bag fitted with a largish star shaped nozzle and pipe out onto a baking try lined with parchment paper ⑦Preheat the oven at 170 C and bake them for about 15 min and serve 材料 30クッキー無塩バター 90g粉糖 40g卵白 16g薄力粉 110gココアパウダー 7gブラックココアパウダー 3g ブラックココアが無い場合 ココアパウダー10gで 抹茶生地も同様に作ることが出来ます その場合 ココアの代わりに抹茶10gを加えてください 作り方 ①バターをふんわり白っぽくなるまでよく混ぜたら 粉糖を加えてよく混ぜる ②ほぐした卵白を2 3回に分けて加えてその都度よく混ぜる ③そこへ ふるった薄力粉 ココアパウダー ブラックココアパウダーを加えて混ぜすぎないように さっくりと混ぜる ④これを大き目星口金をつけた絞り袋に入れてクッキングシートを敷いた天板に絞り出す ⑤170 に温めたオーブンに入れて15分焼いて出来上がり 100均などの絞り袋を使うときは 生地は半量ずつ入れて絞るようにしてください 生地が出来たら 生地の柔らかい内に時間をおかずに絞ってください 卵白の量で絞りが崩れることがありますので きちんと量ってください
