We made this fun dessert out of fried egg gummies on a richly finished egg bavarois Egg bavarois is delicious so please try making it Recipe 18 centimeters across round one serving 1 Loosely whip 200ml plain cream 6 minutes 2 Sprinkle 5g powdered gelatin into 30ml water3 Mix 2 egg yolks into 70g granulated sugar4 Heat 200ml cow s milk to a near boil turn off heat5 Add in 3 while mixing6 Turn stove back on be careful not to boil and mix over medium heat until thick7 Remove 6 from stove add in 2 and vanilla essence mix8 Dip 7 in ice water thicken until roughly same thickness as plain cream from 19 Pour 8 into 1 blend together10 Pour into a mold11 Cool and harden for 2 hours in refrigerator12 Mix 30g sugar with 5g Kyoritsu Foods Homemade Cake Agar Made With Seaweed based Gelatin 13 Slowly add 200ml water into 12 while mixing14 Heat over stove Once it boils let cool to about body temp15 Place gummies on 1116 Pour in 1417 Let cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes18 Ready to serve濃厚に仕上げた たまごババロアの上におちゃめな目玉焼きグミをのせたデザート作りました たまごババロアがおいしいので作ってみてください レシピ 18センチ 丸型1個分 １ 生クリーム 200mlを緩めに 6分立て 泡立てておく ２ 粉ゼラチン 5gを水 30mlにふり入れておきます ３ グラニュー糖 70gに卵黄 ２個を入れ混ぜる ４ 牛乳 200mlを沸騰前まで温め 火を消す ５ ３を少しずつ混ぜながら加える ６ 再び火にかけ 沸騰しないように気をつけて 中火でかき混ぜながら とろみがつくまで加熱する ７ ６を火からおろし ２とバニラエッセンスを加え混ぜる ８ ７を氷水に当てながら冷やし １の生クリームと同じくらいのかたさまで とろみを付ける ９ １に８を注ぎ 混ぜ合わせる １０ 型に流し入れる １１ ２時間ほど冷蔵庫で冷やし固める １２ 砂糖 30gと 共立食品のホームメイドケーキ 海藻から生まれたゼリーの素 アガー 5gを混ぜる １３ １２に水200mlを少しずつ加えながら混ぜる １４ 火にかけ ひと煮立ちしたら人肌に冷ましておく １５ １１にグミをのせる １６ １４を流し入れる １７ 冷蔵庫で30分ほど冷やす １８ でけた
