さくほろdeざくざくの南瓜ディアマンクッキー Pumpkin Diamond Cookies A special cookie in French meaning Diamond Plain chocolate tea and a wide range of arrangements can also be enjoyed ハロウィンが近いので今度は南瓜でディアマンクッキーを作ってみました グラニュー糖がキラキラと光って存在感ばっちりのこのクッキーは 自分で食べるのもいいですが ぜひプレゼントに作ってみてください クッキーの美味しい感が凄く出るのでより一層喜んでもらえると思います 私は 2cm厚さで焼くのがやっぱり大好き ザクザクの食感もたまりません チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 12 Cookies60g unsalted butter 40g Powdered sugar 1egg yolk 90g cake flour 15g Almond flour 15g Pumpkin powder Egg whites Granulated sugar 30g Directions ①Mix butter room temperature with a spatula add powdered sugar and mix well ②Add the egg yolk and mix ③Add all the dry ingredients Don t forget to sift them ④make it stick shaped 2cm in diameter then wrap it and cool it in the freezer 30 mins ⑤Brush the dough with egg whites ⑥Coat the dough s surface with generous amount of the sugar ⑦ Slice the dough into 2cm thick ⑧Put them on the pan lined with parchment paper ⑨Bake it in the preheated oven 170 for 15 minutes 材料 12ディアマンクッキー無塩バター 60g粉糖 40g卵黄1個 薄力粉 90g アーモンドプードル 15g 南瓜パウダー 15g 卵白 グラニュー糖 30g 作り方 ①バターをゴムベラでよく混ぜ 粉糖を加えてさらによく混ぜる ②卵黄を加えてよく混ぜる ③ をふるって加える ④直径2cmの棒状にしてラップかクッキングシートにくるんだら 冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす ⑤生地の表面に卵白を刷毛で塗る ⑥生地にグラニュー糖をまぶす ⑦生地を2cm厚さにカットする ⑧クッキングシートを敷いた天板に並べる ⑨170 に温めたオーブンで15分焼いて出来上がり 厚さ2cmにカットしましたが 1 5cmにするとまた少し食感が変わります もう少しさくさくになります music 3KTrack Audiostock PIXTA ピクスタ
