おなじみのロールケーキを真っ白にアレンジしてみませんか 生地には卵白のみを使用し ホイップクリームにクリームチーズを混ぜればひと味違ったロールケーキをお楽しみいただけますよ ぜひ作ってみてくださいね 白いロールチーズケーキ8個分25cm 25cmの天板 1枚分材料 生地卵白 4個分グラニュー糖 50g牛乳 50mlサラダ油 30ml薄力粉 50g ホイップチーズクリーム生クリーム 150mlクリームチーズ 室温に戻す 150gグラニュー糖 30g粉砂糖 適量作り方1 オーブンは170 に予熱しておく 2 卵白にグラニュー糖を3回に分けて加えながら ツノが立つまでハンドミキサーで泡立てる 3 別のボウルにサラダ油 牛乳を加えて泡立て器で混ぜ 薄力粉をふるい入れて粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜる 4 2 の卵白の1 3をすくい 3 のボウルに入れてよく混ぜる 残りの卵白を加え 気泡をつぶさないようにしてさっくりと混ぜる 5 クッキングシートを敷いた天板に 4 を流し入れ 高いところから一度落として気泡の大きさを整える 6 オーブンの温度を160 に下げて13分焼く 焼けたら型から取り出して常温で冷ましておく 7 ホイップチーズクリームを作る ボウルにクリームチーズ 砂糖を加えて柔らかくなるまで練り混ぜる 生クリームを2回に分けて加え 角が立つまで泡立てる 8 平らな台にクッキングシートを敷いて 6 を焼き色がついた面を上にしてのせる 7 を塗って平らにならし 冷蔵庫で1時間ほど休ませる 9 仕上げに粉砂糖を振り 好みの大きさに切り分けたら 完成 White Roll Cheesecake Servings 8INGREDIENTSDough4 egg whites50 grams granulated sugar50 milliliters milk30 grams vegetable oil50 grams flourWhipped Cream Cheese150 grams cream cheese30 grams granulated sugar150 milliliters heavy creamPowdered sugar for toppingPREPARATION1 Preheat the oven to 340 F 170 C 2 To the egg whites add one third of the granulated sugar at a time and whisk with a hand mixer until soft peaks form 3 In another bowl add the milk and vegetable oil and mix with a hand mixer Sift in the flour and combine 4 Add in one third of the egg white mixture and mix Add the rest of the whipped egg whites and mix slowly so as not to lose the air 5 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the batter in then smooth the mixture by tapping the container on a surface once 6 Lower the temperature to 325 F 160 C and bake for 13 minutes Let it cool to room temperature 7 Make the whipped cream cheese In a bowl add the cream cheese and sugar then knead them until softened Add heavy whipping cream one half at a time and whisk until soft peaks form 8 Place parchment paper on a flat surface and place the cooled cake browned side up Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over and roll gently roll into a log then let it rest in the fridge 9 Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and cut it into your desired sizes 10 Enjoy
