しっとり濃厚♪ 5層のクッキー”BOX”ブラウニーチーズケーキ

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね 5層のクッキー BOX ブラウニーチーズケーキ8人分材料 チョコチップクッキー生地 455gブラウニーミックス 510gクリームチーズ 680g砂糖 100gバニラエクストラクト 大さじ1卵 1個ココアサンドクッキー 40枚ホイップクリーム作り方1 オーブンは180 に予熱しておく 2 25センチの型に 隙間がないようにラップを2枚被せる チョコチップクッキー生地をのせてパン全体に行き渡るように広げる ラップを被せて生地を取り出し 冷凍庫で冷やしておく 3 パンに薄く油を塗り ブラウニーミックスを注ぐ 4 20センチのパンに薄く油を塗り 5 の上に置く そのままブラウニーミックスが型の半分ほどの高さになるまで押し 180 のオーブンで35分焼く 焼き終わったら5分休ませる 5 オーブンを150 に予熱する ボウルにクリームチーズ 砂糖 バニラエクストラクト 卵を入れてダマにならないように混ぜる 6 4 の熱が完全に冷めない間に中に入れていたパンを取り出し 30分冷やしたら ココアサンドクッキーを敷き詰める その上に 5 を流し入れ 150 のオーブンで40分焼く その後 チーズクリームが完全に固まるまで30分ほど冷やす 7 ココアサンドクッキーを敷き詰め その上に 2 をかぶせる 150 のオーブンで20分焼く 8 冷ましたら切り分けて ホイップクリームを添えたら 完成
