ぷるるん ヘルシーブルーベリープリン C CHANNELアプリをどうぞよろしくお願いします ヘルシーだからいくら食べても平気そう むしろ食べたら綺麗になれちゃいそうなスイーツです 調理時間 約15分 冷蔵庫で冷やす時間を除く 材料費 約760円 材料 ヨーグルト 250g レモン汁 大さじ1 はちみつ 80g ブルーベリー 150g ゼラチン 10g ホイップクリーム 適量 ミント 適量 手順 ゼラチンはあらかじめお水でふやかしてレンジで温めて溶かしておく1 ミキサーにヨーグルト ブルーベリー はちみつ レモン汁を入れて軽く回す2 溶かしたゼラチンを入れて回して グラスに流して冷蔵庫で固まるまで 2時間程度 冷やす3 2で余ったゼリー液とホイップクリームを交互に絞ってミントを飾って完成です チャンネル登録はこちら ネイル メイク DIY 料理など 動画に関するリクエストやご質問はコメントでどうぞ WEB Facebook Twitter Instagram LINE
