【わびさびかわいい】抹茶のミルクプリン

 

わびさびかわいい 抹茶のミルクプリン テイストメイドは食や旅をテーマにしたグローバルなビデオネットワークです facebook Instagram twitterも公開中 材料 抹茶 大さじ1 牛乳 150ml 生クリーム 100ml グラニュー糖 25g 粉ゼラチン 5g 大さじ1の水に振りかけてふやかす 茹であずき 70g 栗の甘露煮 2個 ミント 少々 金箔 少々 手順 事前準備 1 抹茶はふるいにかけておく1 鍋に牛乳 グラニュー糖を加え 砂糖が溶けるまで混ぜながら加熱する 生クリーム ゼラチンを加え 溶かし混ぜる 2 1を150ml取り出し 抹茶を加えてよく混ぜる 3 グラスをボウルなどを使って傾ける 中に2を加えて 斜めの状態のまま冷やし固める 4 固まったら傾斜を逆にし 1 固まってしまったら 様子を見ながら少し加熱して溶かす を100mlを注いで 同様に冷やし固める 5 茹であずきと余りのプリン液を混ぜ合わせる 受け皿用のボウルを外し 茹であずきを注ぎ 平らにならす 栗の甘露煮を添えて 金箔をかけたらミントを添える
