フルーツフラワーレアチーズケーキテイストメイドは食や旅をテーマにしたグローバルなビデオネットワークです facebook Instagram twitterも公開中 材料 キウイ 1個 ゴールデンキウイ 1個 マンゴー 1個 もも 2個 クリームチーズ 250g 生クリーム 200ml クリームチーズ用グラニュー糖 30g 生クリーム用グラニュー糖 30g レモン汁 大2 オレオ 120g バター 40g レシピ1 フルーツをそれぞれ薄切りにし 花の形を作る 2 オレオを袋で砕き 溶かしたバターを加えしっとりさせたら型に敷き詰める 3 生クリームとグラニュー糖を合わせて8分立てにする 4 柔らかくしたクリームチーズにグラニュー糖とレモン汁を加え混ぜる 5 生クリームを少しづつ合わせる 6 型 18cm に流し込み フルーツを飾り付けて冷蔵庫で2時間冷やす 7 型から外したら完成
