厚揚げを使った簡単おつまみレシピ3品～3 thick fried tofu recipes～

 

今回はヘルシーだけどボリューム満点の厚揚げを使って簡単に出来るおつまみ3品を作っていきます 低糖質なので あのレシピも糖質を抑えて再現 することが出来ます また動画のご感想 ご質問 リクエスト等なんでもかまいませんのでコメントを頂けたら幸いでございます 宜しくお願いします 材料 厚揚げの乗っけて餃子風 2人分 厚揚げ 300g ニラ 50g もやし 50g 牛豚合い挽き肉 50g ゴマ油 少々 すりおろし生姜 すりおろしにんにく 少々 醤油 小さじ1 オイスターソース 小さじ1 ポン酢 少々 ラー油 少々 厚揚げとサバ缶のチーズ焼き 1 2人分 厚揚げ 150g サバ水煮缶 150g めんつゆ 大さじ1 マヨネーズ 少々 ピザ用チーズ 50g ドライパセリ お好みで 厚揚げのお好み焼き風 2人分 厚揚げ 300g キャベツ 50g サラダ油 少々 塩胡椒 少々 お好みソース 適量 マヨネーズ 適量 鰹節 少々 青ネギ 少々 使用BGM タイトル Finally Warmlyアーティスト Peace Reels 使用イラスト 素材サイト様
