鮮嫩多汁羊肉創意新吃法 小編一口接一口停不下來了 ω 生活小巧思讓生活更有趣 美味小廚娘你我輕鬆當 看似簡單的物品重新利用超聰明 普通的食材讓你吮指回味 材料 國產羊肉450g 墨西哥捲餅 花生油少許 蒜頭3瓣 洋蔥1 2顆 青蔥 米酒1湯匙 沙茶醬2湯匙 鹽巴少許 砂糖少許做法 1 花生油爆香蒜頭 逼出蒜頭香氣在鍋內2 將洋蔥與羊肉燙至五分熟 加入蔥花與特調沙茶醬調味3 開大火 灑上一湯匙米酒 將米酒香氣轉化為羊肉香味4 再起另一爐 將墨西哥餅皮用空燒 使餅皮加熱至少許焦香味5 將炒好的羊肉 放入餅皮 卷成圓桶狀即可 噪咖強打精選 噪咖Facebook粉絲頁 噪咖EBCBuzz
