肉汁たっぷり♪ ポテトミートボール

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね ポテトミートボール8個分材料 ミートボール牛ひき肉 450g粉チーズ 110g卵 1個 パセリ みじん切り 40g塩 大さじ1コショウ 大さじ1じゃがいも 5個モッツァレラチーズ 8等分 角切り 50g薄力粉 適量揚げ油 適量飾り用パセリ 適量マリナーラソース 適量作り方1 オーブンは180 に予熱しておく 2 ボウルに牛ひき肉 卵 粉チーズ パセリ 塩 コショウを入れて 白っぽくなるまでよく混ぜる ピンポン玉くらいの量をとり 中央をへこませてモッツァレラチーズを包んで丸める 3 クッキングシートをしいた天板の上に並べて 180 のオーブンで15分焼く 4 じゃがいをフォークがすっと入るくらいやわらかくなるまで茹で なめらかになるまでマッシャーでつぶす 3 を中に入れて丸め 薄力粉をまぶして余分な粉を払い 180 に熱した揚げ油にそっと入れて 衣がきつね色になるまで揚げる 紙などにとって油を切る 5 お好みでパセリをまぶし マリナーラソースを添えたら 完成
