肉燥碗粿 | 以前農家奢侈的點心，現在成了懷舊的小吃

 

上個禮拜 在整理老家倉庫的時候發現了這些碗 我想這應該是爺爺奶奶那個年代使用的吧 燒製的工藝不成熟 有很多材燒時 留下來的痕跡 大小厚薄也不太一樣 可是他們卻保存了五六十年都捨不得丟 就這樣老公把它們帶回來了 雖然已經不符合日常使用 但 真的很想為它做點什麼 想了好幾天 今天打算來做碗糕 這應該是可以配得上 這些碗的料理了吧 肉燥材料食材 絞肉500g 紅蔥頭5顆 香菇8朵 金勾蝦10克 水煮蛋6顆調味 五香粉1 4茶匙 胡椒粉1 2茶匙 醬油80cc 水320cc碗粿材料食材 在來米粉 粘米粉 200g 玉米粉10g調味 冷水400cc 熱水500cc 1 2茶匙鹽 1茶匙糖 兩大匙肉燥碗粿醬汁食材 糖1茶匙 蒜頭兩瓣調味 冷開水 醬油膏 1 2更多好吃料理 歡迎查看以下頻道分類清單這裡是斑愛馬媽專屬頻道 我是 Rita 我喜歡為家人做料理也很享受和孩子們做料理時的互動 雖然常常被搞得一團亂但看著他們滿足的表情 卻是我每天最幸福的時刻 喜歡今天的影片嗎 請不吝幫我分享 按讚喔 我會繼續努力把我的點子分享給大家也歡迎留言告訴我 大家喜歡吃什麼 讓我們互相交流經驗唷 Follow me on
