西葫芦煎饼 Zucchini Pancakes 是一个非常简单的食谱 跟普通的西葫芦饼食谱相比呢 增加了一些鸡蛋 同时减少了面粉的用量 西葫芦里的水都被挤掉之后呢 这个面糊基本上就是鸡蛋和面粉和起来的 鸡蛋本身就可以是这个面饼松软 所以不需要加入泡打粉 或者酵母增加它的蓬松 西葫芦饼配方 可以做7 8个饼西葫芦 3个 400克盐 6克 3 4 小勺鸡蛋 3个白胡椒粉 1克 1 4 小勺中筋面粉 50克 1 3 杯新鲜辣椒 1个芝麻适量Zucchini Pancakes ingredient can make 7 8 zucchini pancakesWhite zucchinis or regular zucchinis 400 gSalt 6 g 3 4 teaspoonEggs 3White pepper powder 1 g 1 4 teaspoonAll purpose flour 50 g 1 3 cupFresh chili 1Sesame seeds as needed背景音乐 Simple Sonata by Sir Cubworth
