ส ตรช สทาร ตส ปปะรดไต หว น แป งหอมอร อยทานไม ต ดคอ Pineapple Cheese Tart Recipe ส วนผสม the ingredient 1 เนยสดจ ด ใช เย นๆเลยค ะ UnSalted Butter 140g แก ไขเป นเนยจ ดนะคะ เพราะเนยเค มแต ละย ห อไม เท าก น เด ยวเค มไป เป นเนยจ ดเต มเกล อ 1 8 หร อหย บม อนะคะ 2 น ำตาลไอซ ง Icing sugar 80 g 3 ไข แดง เบอร 2เท าน น Egg yolk L 2 ฟอง4 นมข นจ ดคาเนช น Evaporated milk 20 ml 5 กล นวาน ลลา Vanilla extract 1 ช อนชา teaspoon 6 แป งเค ก Cake flour 200 g 7 แป งม นฮ องกง Hong kong potato starch 100g 8 นมผงเต มไขม น Full cream milk powder 50g สำค ญต องหามาใส ให ได ขนมจะหอมม นข นเยอะ 9 คร มช ส Cream cheese 80 g10 ไส ส ปปะรดกวน Pineapple filling ในคล ปใช ประมาณ 450g แต ม นไม อน นอนเพราะข นก บขนาดบล อคหร อพ มพ ท ใช ว ธ การแบ งขนาดขนม ให นำแป งใส ลงไปในบล อคขนาดตามท ต วเองใช ใส ให เต ม หร อเก อบเต ม หร อตามชอบก แล วแต สะดวก แล วเอาแป งน นออกมาช งน ำหน กด ว าหน กเท าไหร เช นของพ มพ ได แป งหน ก 52 กร ม พ มพ เลยมาแบ งเป นแป ง 32g ไส 20 g แต ถ าใครใช บล อคเล กขนาดก จะเล กลง ไส ส ปปะรด กวนเองใหม ๆย งหอมอร อย แต ถ าไม ม เวลาก ซ อสำเร จค ะ
