【しっとりお肉で】照り焼き卵チキンロール

 

しっとりお肉で 照り焼き卵チキンロールパサつきがちな鶏むね肉もサイダーにつけることでしっとり柔らかに 半熟卵を包んでタレで絡めれば みんな喜ぶご飯のおかずに大変身 試してみてね このおいしそうなむね肉の詳細はこちら 材料鶏むね肉 1枚サイダー 300ml塩 適量ホワイトペッパー 適量半熟卵 2個 たれ 酒 大さじ2みりん 大さじ2砂糖 大さじ1醤油 大さじ2 トッピング 白ごま 適量青ネギ 適量 手順1 鶏むね肉を包丁で開き 薄い1枚にする 2 めん棒で叩いて伸ばし 半分にカットする 3 ボウルに入れ サイダーをかけて冷蔵庫で6時間 置く 4 漬け終わったら取り出して水気を拭き取り 全体に塩とホワイトペッパーを軽くまぶす 5 半熟ゆで卵を真ん中に乗せてきっちりと巻き 爪楊枝で止める 6 油をひいたフライパンで全面に焼き色がつくまで中火で加熱する 7 火が通ったら たれ の材料を全て入れ 煮詰めながら絡める 8 爪楊枝を抜いてをお皿に盛り付け トッピングをしたら完成
