《アオリイカの捌きと 下足の茹で、炒り、焼き、【1】》・・・・大和の 和の料理《下足》

 

最近 アップした ヤリイカでイカソーメン や タイラギの捌きと刺身 で 主に 外国の方から 水を無駄に使っている とか 捨てている部分が多い と言うコメントを多く頂いておりますので 今回は 水を あまり使っていない 様に見える 動画をアップして 下足も捨てていないと言うところを見て貰おうと ちょっと工夫しておりますが どうでしょうか 私は 魚を捌く時もイカを捌く時も 腸炎ビブリオ菌を綺麗に取り除くためと俎板に付いた血や内臓の匂い等を取り除くためにこれからも 水は たっぷり使っていきます
