《サンマ(秋刀魚)の刺身【3】》・・・・大和の 和の料理《刺身》

 

今回は 秋刀魚を 三枚に下ろして 細切りにし 小葱の小口切りで和え薬味は生姜にしました沢山のコメントを頂いて 生姜で食べるのが好きだとか山葵と醤油が良いとか お好きな薬味で頂かれたら良いと思いますよ 前の動画との違いは 秋刀魚を捌くところから 刺身に造るところまで 全て カミさんが三十数年前に持って来た 通販で買った 包丁セットの中の万能包丁を使っております
