スタンプクッキー stamp cookiesVery cute cookies You can have a fun time with a lot of cookies 可愛いスタンプクッキー型に一目ぼれしましたクッキーって数がそろうとにぎやかでとっても楽しい感じになりますクッキーの焼成は普段は均等に焼けるように天板を前後入れ替えたりするんですがこれは少し焼けたものとそうでないものがある方が素朴な感じでより可愛らしいひとつずつ個包装してみたらな気分になりますクッキー生地は型抜きしやすい生地にしていますが冷やしながら固すぎず柔らかすぎずで抜くと綺麗なクッキーになりますyo チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 50 Cookies Cookie dough 100g Cake flour 20g Almond flour 60g Powdered sugar 20g Whole egg 50g unsalted butter vanilla oil Directions ①Put butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and stir with a rubber spatula ②Add Whole egg and mix well with a whisk ③Add vanilla oil and mix ④Sift and add cake flour and mix Mixing too much makes the cookies hard ⑤Wrap the dough with cling film leave it in the fridge for 1 hour ⑥Roll out the dough into 3mm thick then cool it in the fridge again and cut out with a cookie cutter Lay the shapes on the baking trays and keep re rolling the dough and cutting more shapes until it s used up Cooling is very important you can cut out the dough beautifully ⑦Before baking cool it in the fridge for about 30 minutes ⑧Bake in the pre heated oven 170 for 13 minutes If the cookies are getting too brown cover them with alminum foil Cool them on a cake cooler Done 材料全員合わせて50人位プレーン生地薄力粉 100gアーモンドプードル 20g粉糖 60g全卵 20g無塩バター 50gバニラオイル作り方 ①ボウルにバターと粉糖を入れてゴムベラで混ぜる ②全卵を加えてホイッパーでよく混ぜる ③バニラオイルも加えて混ぜる ④薄力粉をふるって加えて混ぜる混ぜすぎないようにする混ぜすぎると焼き上がり後に固くなる ⑤生地をラップに包んで冷蔵庫で1時間休ませる ⑥生地を3ｍｍの厚さに伸ばして一旦ここでまた冷蔵庫で生地を冷やしてからクッキー型で抜く残った生地はまとめてなるべくこねないようにしながら伸ばして生地が無くなるまで型抜きする冷やしながら作業する事がとても大事なポイントです綺麗な型抜きクッキーになります ⑦ベーキングシートを敷いた天板に並べ焼く前に冷蔵庫で30分ほど冷やす ⑧170 に温めたオーブンで13分焼く途中焦げそうなら上にアルミホイルを被せるケーキクーラーの上で冷まして出来上がりスタンプ型はcotta さんで購入しました music Phalene Audiostock PIXTA ピクスタ
