《タイラギの捌きと 刺身》・・・・大和の 和の料理《刺身》

 

今日は 市場で珍しく 柱が大きな タイラギ貝を見かけたの買って来ました 地元 長崎の物は例の ギロチンが落とされて以来 全く獲れなくなったものですから この動画で使っている物は 大分県産の物ですが 以前 アップしたタイラギに比べてもとても良い物でした

今日は暖かかったので海辺の散策に行きました。古い民家が多く、軒先に猫さんが多いので、暖かい日に行くと日向ぼっこしている猫たちに出会えます。触れてはないのですが、おむすびさんに浮気がバレてないかしら〜。
