パイシートで簡単！とろ〜りカスタードコロネ

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね パイシートで お手軽パイコロネ6個分材料 18 10cmの冷凍パイシート 解凍する 2枚溶き卵 1個分 カスタードクリーム牛乳 200ml卵黄 2個砂糖 大さじ2薄力粉 大さじ2バニラエッセンス 数滴粉砂糖 適量12 10cmの厚紙 6枚15 13cmのクッキングシート 6枚ホチキス作り方1 オーブンは200 に予熱しておく 2 厚紙を丸めて両端をホチキスで止め クッキングシートを巻きつけ 左右の余った部分は中へ折り込む 3 打ち粉をした台でパイシートをめん棒でのばして切り分け 30 4cmの生地を6本作る 4 2 のコロネ型に生地が重なるように巻きつける 5 クッキングシートを敷いた天板に巻き終わりを下にして並べ ハケで溶き卵を塗る 6 200 のオーブンで10分焼き 180 に下げて12分焼いたら ケーキクーラーに取り出し 冷ましておく 7 カスタードクリームを作る ボウルに牛乳 卵黄 砂糖 薄力粉 バニラエッセンスを入れて泡立て器でよく混ぜ ふんわりとラップをかけて500Wの電子レンジで4分加熱する 1分ごとに取り出してよく混ぜる 表面にぴったりとラップをし 冷蔵庫で冷やす 8 6 からコロネ型を抜き出し カスタードクリームを丸口金をつけた絞り袋に入れて コロネの中に絞り入れる 9 粉砂糖をふりかけたら 完成
