こんにちはLes sens cielです 今回は前回のクロワッサンの動画で余った切れ端の生地を折り直してシナモンロール風なパンを作ってみました 砂糖はカソナードというヨーロッパの人たちが大好きなサトウキビを使ったコクのあるものを使っています 黒糖や メープルシュガー きび糖などコクのあるお砂糖を使うと味がぐっと深まりおすすめです ナッツの香ばしさとシナモンの香り 外はサクサクなのに中はふんわりした生地がとても美味しいです とてもあまりの生地で作ったとは思えません 是非お試しください Pâte de noisette50g hezelnut noisette15g brown suger cassonade50g egg white blancs d oeufscinnamon cannelle ヘーゼルナッツペーストヘーゼルナッツ 50gカソナード 15g卵白 50gシナモン お好きなだけインスタグラムよかったらフォローよろしくお願いします Les sens cielのレシピでお菓子を作ったよ という方は レソンシエルレシピ で投稿していただければ 見に行かせていただきたいのでもしよかったらタグ付けしてください
