今食べたい ガトーショコラ rich chocolate cake 今食べたーーーい ガトーショコラ 濃厚なガトーショコラが急に食べたくなる チョコ大好きなので 一口食べると嬉しくなる チョコ大好きなので 明日は夫にも少し分けてあげよう 同じ位チョコ大好きなので ガトーショコラがおやつの日は心がるんるん になる チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 5 9inch 15cm round Cake Pan 100g Sweet chocolate 60g Unsalted butter 45g granulated sugar 50g Heavy Whipping cream 2Eggs large beaten egg room temperature 20g cocoa powder 10g cake flour non melting powdered sugar When the cake is totally cool sprinkle it if you like Directions Preheat the oven at 170 C ①Chop chocolate and put it in a bowl then double boil and melt ②Beat the eggs well ③When the chocolate is melted add sugar Heavy Whipping cream beaten egg and in order then mix well ④Pour ③ into the pan lined with baking paper ⑤Bake it in the preheated oven 170 C for about 21 mins and serve 材料 15cm丸型 スイートチョコレート 100g無塩バター 60gグラニュー糖 45g生クリーム 50g卵 L 2個 室温ココアパウダー 20g薄力粉 10g 粉糖 溶けないタイプ 作り方 オーブンは170 に温めておく ①刻んだチョコレートとバターは湯煎で溶かす ②卵はよく溶いておく 生クリームは室温に戻しておく ③チョコが綺麗に溶けたら そこにグラニュー糖 生クリーム 溶き卵を順に加えてよく混ぜる ココアパウダー 薄力粉をふるい入れて混ぜる ④これをクッキングシートを敷いた型に流し入れる ⑤170 に温めたオーブンで21分ほど焼いて出来上がり ⑥焼き上がったら型から取り出して冷ます 溶けない粉糖は お好みで生地が完全に冷めてからかけてください
