ぜひ作ってみてくださいね チーズボウルのシーザーサラダ4人分材料 チーズボウルパルメザンチーズ 350g シーザードレッシングマヨネーズ 1 2カップライム果汁 1個分おろしにんにく 1片分アンチョビ 刻む 1枚分オリーブオイル 1 4カップ サラダレタス 1 2株ロメインレタス 1 2株サラダチキン ほぐす 2個分パルメザンチーズ 大さじ2クルトン 少々作り方1 テフロン加工されたフライパンにパルメザンチーズの1 4量を広げ チーズが溶けるまで中火で加熱する ターナーなどでチーズを取り出してボウルの底にかぶせ 同じサイズのボウルを重ねて 固まるまで冷ます これを4つ分作る 2 蓋つきの瓶にシーザードレッシングの材料を入れ 蓋をしっかりと閉めてシェイクする 3 ボウルに食べやすい大きさにちぎったレタス ロメインレタス サラダチキン パスメザンチーズを入れ ドレッシングをかけて 全体をよく和えたら クルトンをかける 4 1 に 3 を盛り付けたら 完成
