抹茶チョコクッキー かんたん手作りお菓子｜ASMR Cooking

 

カカオ ゞ ω 今回は超カンタンな 抹茶チョコのクッキーです 芳醇な香りのカカオクッキーに凝縮された抹茶チョコレートをギュッとサンド マッチャ ウマ 艸 材料 カカオクッキー材料 3mm厚 16枚前後 バター 50g砂糖 40g卵黄 1個分A 薄力粉 90gA ココア 10gA ベーキングパウダー 1g 抹茶チョコレート材料ホワイトチョコレート 120g 作り方 カカオクッキーの作り方1 バターを室温に戻し砂糖を入れ 白っぽくなるまでよく混ぜる 2 溶いた卵黄を少しずつ分け入れ よく混ぜる 3 材料のAを合わせてふるい入れ 粉っぽさがなくなるまで切るように混ぜる 4 生地をラップに包み冷蔵庫で1時間以上寝かす 麺棒等で3mmに伸ばし 好きな型で抜く 5 オーブンを予熱し 170度で20分焼いて冷まして完成 抹茶チョコの作り方1 ホワイトチョコレートを割る 2 電子レンジ500W 20秒など 何度か分けその都度混ぜて溶かす 3 完全に溶けたら製菓用抹茶パウダーを混ぜて完成 クッキーにチョコをサンドして 固まったら完成 道具紹介 Meiji ホワイトチョコレート 40g 製菓用抹茶パウダー 伊勢抹茶翠プリモ 200g オーブンレンジPanasonic NE BS801 廃盤 Camera SONY α7SⅡ Lenz Nikon AF S Micro NIKKOR 60mm f 2 8G EDTAMRON SP 90mm F 2 8 Di MACRO 1 1 VC USD Model F017 SONY Vario Tessar T FE 24 70mm F4 ZA OSS Microphone RODE VideoMic Pro Rycote VMPR
