不飛日本在家也能自己做炸牛排生活小巧思讓生活更有趣 美味小廚娘你我輕鬆當 看似簡單的物品重新利用超聰明 普通的食材讓你吮指回味 材料 菲力牛排1塊 海鹽適量粉 胡椒適量 紅酒適量 低筋麵粉 雞蛋3顆 麵包粉適量 沙拉油做法 1 牛排使用海鹽與胡椒 一點紅酒調味2 牛排依序裹上麵粉 蛋液 麵包粉 蛋液 麵包粉3 油加熱至160 下鍋油炸4 炸至牛排表面金黃色5 起鍋瀝油靜置 擺盤淋上紅酒醬即完成 噪咖強打精選 噪咖Facebook粉絲頁 噪咖EBCBuzz
