終於等到尼 今年的梅子上市啦 時間很短只有短短一個月 想釀的人 看到影片請立刻手刀購買 傳統市場或網路上都可以訂到 一般來說都會釀個半年一年 可意志薄弱的酒棍們是等不及的 這次介紹的是兩個月就能開喝的淺漬梅酒 除了梅子酸香 酒の味道也還在 可以任意選配 端午時就可開喝 今年是用台灣品牌 TOAST推出のSCENE 冷萃咖啡瓶美美ㄉ拿來釀酒也棒 瓶口有篩子 可以直接倒讚未滿18歲の小廢寶請勿飲酒然後開車更是不能喝 我會恨死你 廚房廢寶索艾克小英總統推薦食譜書喔哈哈哈 食材青梅 1份酒 2份 任何酒精度數30 以上的穀物酒都可以使用 冰糖 1 2份 視個人口味增減糖量 醃漬物需要用玻璃 陶器或瓷器盛裝 塑膠或鐵器不適合唷 作法1 瓶子洗淨後 用乾淨的布或廚房紙巾擦乾噴酒精消毒 再次擦乾2 以牙籤挑去蒂頭3 梅子過清水洗淨 放在網子或竹簍裡晾乾4 開釀 梅子放入瓶中 倒入酒 冰糖將瓶子置於陰涼處讓酒精順利萃出梅子精華
