生活在走 熱量要有生活小巧思讓生活更有趣 美味小廚娘你我輕鬆當 看似簡單的物品重新利用超聰明 普通的食材讓你吮指回味 材料 吐司4片 奶油適量 奇異果2顆 水蜜桃半顆 櫻桃適量 藍莓適量 玉米片適量 堅果適量 蜂蜜適量 冰淇淋1球 巧克力醬適量 煉乳適量 脆笛酥 巧克力棒做法 1 水果切成適合大小備用2 將白吐司部分切出 再把白吐司切成大小方塊3 平底鍋加入少許奶油 小火將白吐司四面煎至金黃色 及吐司框雙 面煎至酥脆 起鍋4 將水果丁與玉米片 堅果加入蜂蜜拌勻6 將吐司框疊高 中間放入吐司方塊 蜂蜜穀物水果丁 插上脆笛 酥 巧克力棒7 擺上冰淇淋 淋上巧克力醬 煉乳 即完成 噪咖強打精選 噪咖Facebook粉絲頁 噪咖EBCBuzz
