ベイクドオレオチーズケーキ Baked Oreo CheeseCake I like Oreo and Orange I also like baked cheese cake This is a very lovely cake I m sure you ll like this cake 久しぶりにオレオを使ったものが作りたくなって ベイクドチーズケーキにしてみました 冷蔵庫の隅で残っていた小粒みかんも乗せて焼いたら 美味しいケーキになりました チーズケーキにオレオとフルーツの酸味がプラスされると もう最強です 他のフルーツでも早速試してみるつもり ふっふっふっ 夏の終わりの記念のデザートに良かったら作ってみてください Ingredients 15cm square Cake Pan crust 100g biscuit crumbs 30g Milk Filling 200g Cream Cheese 40g granulated sugar 100g Heavy Cream 1Egg large 10g Cake flour For Toppings Orange Oreo Line the pan with parchment paper Preheat the oven to 180 CSlice an orange ①Put the Biscuits in a bag and crush with something like a rolling pin ②Mix biscuit crumbs with Milk Spread the biscuits in the Cake Pan ③Put Cream Cheese in a bowl and mix until soft ④Add granulated sugar and mix well ⑤Add the beaten eggs and heavy cream and mix well ⑥Sift in the cake flour and mix ⑦Pour the batter into the Cake Pan ⑧Top with the Orange slices and oreo ⑨Bake it in the preheated oven 180 C for about 25 mins ⑩When they are done place them on a wire rack and leave to cool 材料 15cm 角型クラスト ビスケット 100g牛乳 30gフィリング クリームチーズ 200gグラニュー糖 40g生クリーム 100g卵 L 1個薄力粉10gトッピング用 小粒みかんオレオ 作り方 型にはオーブンペーパーを敷いておく オーブンは180 に温めておく みかんは薄くスライスしておく ①ビスケットをビニール袋などに入れて細かく砕く ②砕いたクッキーを牛乳と混ぜる 型に敷き詰めておく ③ボウルにクリームチーズを入れて柔らかくする ④砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる ⑤溶き卵と生クリームを加えて混ぜる ⑥薄力粉をふるい入れて混ぜる ⑦型に生地を流し込む ⑧小粒みかんとオレオをトッピングする ⑨180 に温めたオーブンで25分ほど焼く ⑩焼きあがったら ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます チーズケーキは焼いたすぐよりも 翌日のほうが美味しくなります フルーツは野菜専用の洗剤で洗うか 重曹などでも洗うことが出来ます musicsWHITE BGM Audiostock PIXTA ピクスタ
