「錦糸卵」フライパンで裏返さずの簡単な作り方

 

自分で焼いた 錦糸卵 は格別で それだけでふんわり美味しいお寿司が出来上がります 手軽にフライパンで作るやり方を動画でまとめてみました 材料 卵 3個砂糖 大さじ1酒 小さじ2塩 小さじ1 5サラダ油 適量 レシピ詳細は白ごはん comでも紹介中 錦糸卵をきれいにフライパンで作ります ポイントは 最後には余熱で卵に火を通すこと そうするとひっくり返す必要もなく手軽に作れます 白ごはん comではおうちで作りやすい和食レシピが満載です
