상큼한 열대과일 패션 후르츠를 곁들인 레어 치즈케이크를 만들었어요 구독하고 좋아요 누르고 공유 부탁드려요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 상큼한 열대과일 패션 후르츠를 곁들인 레어 치즈케이크를 만들었어요 저는 패션후르츠를 좋아해서 그런지 그냥 먹는 치즈케이크도 맛있지만 패션 후르츠와 함께 먹으니 10배는 더 맛있는 것 같아요 ㅎㅎㅎ패션 후르츠의 씨가 싫으신 분들은 체어 걸러 과즙만 올리셔도 좋을 것 같아요 패션 후르츠 없이 깔끔한 레어 치즈케이크로 만드셔도 좋답니다 상큼하고 맛있어서 계속 먹게 되더라구요 시원하게 얼려 먹어도 맛있답니다 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy 틀 사이즈 15cm x 4 5cm 재료부순 다이제 쿠키 200g녹인 버터 90g크림치즈 230g슈가파우더 45g플레인 요거트 60g바닐라 익스트랙 1 2ts판 젤라틴 4g생크림 90g패션후르츠 1개올리고당 10g 레시피1 부순 다이제 쿠키와 녹인 버터를 섞은 뒤 틀에 넣고 꾹꾹 눌러 모양을 잡고 냉장실에 넣어 둔다 2 크림치즈를 부드럽게 푼 뒤 슈가파우더를 넣고 섞고 플레인 요거트와 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다 3 찬물에 15분 이상 불린 판젤라틴을 전자레인지에 10초정도 돌려 완전히 녹인 뒤 크림에 넣고 섞고 생크림을 넣고 섞는다 4 다이제 위에 붓고 냉장실에서 3 4시간 정도 굳힌다 5 패션후르츠와 올리고당을 섞는다 6 굳은 치즈케이크 위에 5 를 올린다 Ingredients 200g Crushed Digestive cookie90g Melted butter 230g Cream cheese 45g Powdered sugar 60g Plain Yogurt 1 2ts Vanilla extract 4g Leaf gelatine 90g Whipping cream1 Passion fruit 10g Corn syrup 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching 루나 시리즈 세라믹 볼 루나 시리즈 원형 플레이트 딥차콜 그레이
